be transferred to the Host college.

members of teaching staff an amendment to
their statement of written particulars. This
amendment will clarify that the IPR of materials
developed in the course of employment
belongs to the employer.

contracts/licences
Central College and GCNS will clarify the
various contractual arrangements referred to in
the Due Diligence reports and identify any
impediments to transferring any significant
contract to the Host college. Contracts covered

• Oracle Academic Initiative Agreement CCG
