2.2.8 Each College is currently progressing with impact assessment of
policies and procedures.
2.2.9 Partnership working in each of the Colleges compliments the services
provided and informs and enhances internal knowledge and expertise.
2.2.10 Each College is committed to ensuring that all learning and teaching
materials and practice reflect the diverse and changing nature of
modern Scotland.
2.3 Equality and Diversity Objectives
The College will eliminate unlawful discrimination in terms of its learners, staff
and other stakeholders and take reasonable steps to ensure that no-one
discriminates unlawfully. The College will also:
2.3.1 Achieve a culture of respect for the individual;
