2. Stakeholder Engagement
Roles and Responsibilities
2.1 The NCG project life cycle, insofar as it relates to Stakeholder Engagement has been split into
three distinguishable key stages. The first is the 'Development Framework', the second is the 'PreApplication
Consultation' and the third is the 'Planning Application'.
2.2 The roles and responsibilities for Atkins and GVA Grimley have been set out in Table 2.1 and
outline who is responsible for leading the stakeholder consultation for each of the three project
stages.
2.3 Section 4 provides a list of all stakeholders to be consulted throughout the course of the project
life cycle.
2.4 It is noted that further stakeholders/consultees who have an interest or an ability to positively
contribute to the engagement process will be identified during the initial consultation process and
that any further stakeholders identified will be the subject of review by the Project Team and, on
agreement, subsequent inclusion within this Plan.
