Helena Rizzo
AWARD-WINNING CHEF (1967 - present)
Helena Rizzo is an award-winning Brazilian
chef though this was never planned, Rizzo
studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of
Rio Grande do Sul, though she then dropped
out to focus on her modelling career and the
again in 1997 she had a career change when
she moved to Sao Paulo to become a chef.
Once training at different European
restaurants and meeting her husband she
soon returned home in 2006 for the opening of
both her and her husband Daniel Redondo's
restaurant Mani. Since then, the restaurant
was announced the 36th best restaurant in the
world in 2014 by Restaurant magazine and
the 2nd best in South America then in 2015
Mani was also awarded with a Michelin star.
Rachel Morris
PARALYMPIC GOLD WINNING ROWER &
CYCLIST (1979 - present)
Rachel Morris is a British Paralympic winning
gold medals in both cycling and rowing. Morris
lost both her legs to complex regional pain
syndrome, Rachel found a way to keep active
and happy which was hand-cycling and
rowing. Morris first joined the British
Paralympic team in 2008 Receiving her first
gold medal at the 2008 Summer Paralympics
for cycling and then again at the Rio Olympics
for rowing. In 2007 Morris won two gold
medals at the World Para-cycling
Championships in Bordeaux, France
becoming the first British hand-cyclist to
receive a double world champion.
