normally manage a level 1 incident. In the event of a Level 2 or 3 incident, including
any Covid-19 related incident, the Site Emergency Response Team would, in full
communication with the Principal or designated depute, call for the formation of the
ELT/SMT Business Continuity Team to manage the incident.
1.4.3 Covid-19 Operations Protocol
The College's Covid-19 Operations Protocol is held in hard copy at Reception areas,
and by all members of SMT. The electronic version is available on the Staff Hub here.

The Covid-19/SMT Response Team can be convened via text message, through
WhatsApp, or Enquirer - Contact Director of IT (Barry Ashcroft ext 5001), or Head of
Digital Services (Kemp Anderson ext 5031) or Systems Development Officer
(Gordon Craig ext 5004).
