process has now been revised to
make the process more transparent,
efficient and have operations at the
heart of decisions.

place on bank staff recruitment, which
has had major benefits to streamlining
the recruitment process.

part of the new strategy, inclusive of a
shift to more online recruitment as
was the case with COVID
