to provide key workers like myself with the appropriate protection in the fight against this

deadly virus.

I hope you know that all your efforts are much appreciated and there are no words which I feel

can express my true gratitude appropriately for all your hard work. A huge thank you from the

5 Organisational Learning & Development

The benefits to this project were multi layered, and learning gained from this

experience will be used as part of future curriculum development, especially in

preparing our staff and students to be more adaptable and agile in meeting the

challenges expected of a diverse and ever changing industry.

This initiative was a perfect example of the importance of working in collaboration

across multi-disciplinary areas and with new external partners.

It also gave staff an immense sense of purpose at a time when many felt anxious and

powerless in the face of this pandemic, the camaraderie between the college staff and

the other stakeholders was amazing, cementing friendships and also creating great

opportunities for future networking.
