enthusiasm and energy have been abundantly clear. Alongside her bubbly and engaging personality
Freddie has studied conscientiously and delivered strong academic results across the board. Freddie is
one to watch, with undoubted leadership potential, and is the well-deserved recipient of the Coronation
Prize. We wish her well in her future career at sea, well done Freddie.

Timothy has shown great dedication to his studies, which is evident in the results he has achieved
throughout the entirety of his cadetship. He has been a fantastic source of support for his peers, offering
them assistance with their own studies and has never lost focus throughout his three years at the college.
Timothy demonstrates a passion for his future career at sea and has worked exceptionally hard to ensure
that he will be successful. We wish him all the very best.

Throughout his academic journey, Robert has consistently developed an appetite for learning by
immersing himself in rigorous coursework. His natural enthusiasm and commitment to his studies has
inspired others to follow his lead which, coupled with his outstanding academic performance sets him
apart as an exemplary student.
Robert is well respected by both peers and faculty staff, and we wish him all the very best in his future
maritime career.

Dean Woods joined City of Glasgow college as a Deck Cadet in Sep 2020. It has been clear throughout
his cadetship that Dean was one to watch. It's apparent every single day that he is totally committed
to his study and this commitment is backed up with impressive results. Dean absolutely gushes with
enthusiasm about his time at sea and is equally enthusiastic in college. When the process started to
consider candidates for Deck Cadet of the year Dean's name was immediately, and deservedly, at the top
of the list.
